Any taxes or custom fees as deemed by your country’s legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer. In the event that an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of redelivery will have to be compensated by the customer.
Exchange and returns
Returns must be notified by email, confirmed and returned within 10 days (domestic orders) 20 days (international orders) from order fulfilment.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the customer. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the exchange/refund within 48 hours.
